Foodborne illness (also foodborne disease and colloquially referred to as food poisoning.)

2. What causes it? How is it transmitted?

The source behind this Food Poisoning is because of the food. They are illness that come from contaminated food. There are two ways how Food Poisoning is caused. The first way is when pathogenic bacteria , viruses or parasites contaminate food. The second is the chemical or natural toxins. There is no way to transmit this. It cannot be spread.

3. What are the symptoms? How long do they last? Is it deadly?

They begin several hours to several days after consumption and can include one of the following: nausea, pain, vomiting, diarrhea, gastroenteritis, fever, headache or fatigue. It is really deadly for babies, children, pregnant, elderly and sick people. They can cause death.

There is a cure to food poisoning. Take some medicine and injections. Proper storage and refrigeration of food help in the prevention of food poisoning.
