Panic Attack

Some people got Panic Attack from their families, Panic Attack has been found to run in families, and this may mean that inheritance plays a strong role in determining who will get it. Psychological factors, stressful life events, life transitions, environment, and thinking in a way that exaggerates relatively normal bodily reactions are also easy to get Panic attack. Panic Attack always happen more frequently in women. A Panic Attack can come sudden, Sweating, trembling or shaking muscle tension, sensations of shortness of breath or smothering, feeling of choking, chest pain or discomfort, nausea or abdominal distress ,feeling dizzy, unsteady, lightheaded, or faint ,fear of losing control or going insane, fear of dying, chills or hot flashes these are the symptoms of Panic attack. Panic attack commonly last nearly ten minutes. Panic attacks can also be as short as 1–5 minutes, while sometimes panic attacks may form a cyclic series of episodes, lasting for an long period, sometimes hours. People who have Pain Attack they feel "trapped". That is, where escape would be obvious and/or embarrassing.
